About The Author

Dr. Anita Haque grew up in Toronto Canada and came to California to pursue her dream of being a chiropractor. After graduating magnum Cum Lade from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, she moved to the bay area and opened her practice in 2004.  She has since then joined forces with her husband, Don Parker, who is a personal trainer and fitness expert to help people move better, feel better and get healthy from the inside out.  

Their passion is helping patients through natural health care, nutrition and exercise. Dr. Anita has won several awards for Best Chiropractor including Best of Livermore 2009 through 2021.  She is also the author of “A Healthy Back Pack, A Healthy Spine”, and has been featured in Chiropractic magazines for her innovative approach with her patients.

Don Parker has been an advocate of fitness and health since he began lifting weights at 14years old. After receiving several personal training certifications., he decided to branch off and begin his own personal training facility in 1999 in Livermore, CA.  Since then, he has helped thousands lose weight, get toned, and reach their fitness goals.  His focus is on creating exercises for his clients that involve several muscle groups so that his clients will gain the maximum benefits in the shortest period of time. His creativity with his workouts involves cardiovascular coupled with weight training, isometrics and stretching. His passion is getting his clients in the best physical shape possible while emphasizing lifestyle changes so they maintain their progress for the rest of their lives.  Don has also co-produced with Dr. Anita an exercise DVD (available Amazon Prime Video), “Finally! Quick and Easy workouts for back pain sufferers” and is now releasing his new fitness app, Infinite Athletes.
