Strangled in Blue

About The Book

Saint Mary’s, Kansas, is the perfect setting for Travis Cooper and Philomena Davenport, two newly graduated pharmacists eager to start their own business. Within a short period of time of opening Ole Apothecary, the two young pharmacists find themselves thoroughly enjoying the charm of small-town living. Everyone knows one another, people are friendly, and the sense of a close-knit community is heartwarming.

However, the two young pharmacists soon find themselves in the midst of a frightening mystery. Underneath the surface of this quaint country environment, lays a secret so beguiling and sinister that once it surfaces, the local residents are driven to suffer unimaginable terror. A murderer has arrived, killing some of its local citizens, including long-time resident Polly Fields, in a most diabolical manner: strangulation by a blue baby blanket.

Now, it is up to Detective William Hall to figure out the identity of this psychopathic creature. Is this a stranger or a member of Saint Mary’s local residents? Are these the actions of a serial killer, or are the deaths of a personal nature? The detective must find and connect the pieces to this puzzling mystery, before the killer decides to strike again.
