Burnout is a fanciful remembrance of what it means to dream, live and love during our more innocent years. It was written for, and dedicated to, the prettiest eleven year old girl I ever met in memory or life.
Burnout symbolizes the good that flows from hard work and dedication and that arises around us when we strive for a common goal with life’s partners. It exists throughout our lives when we step up to the challenges we face throughout our lives.
We learn life’s lessons as we week to prove ourselves when confronted with these tests which come our way. We don’t give up, regardless of the odds. How you play is really more important than winning or losing. When you give it everything, you never really lose. Like Tricia, we hope to earn the right not have to play “burnout†anymore.
