About The Author

David Vincent Laster is a native of Americus, Georgia, where he graduated from the same high school as President Jimmy CarterÃ¢â‚¬â€Plains High. He earned a double major for his BAÃ¢â‚¬â€English and Black Studies at Mercer University (Macon Campus). He earned his MA in post-secondary education at Capella University. After being laid off from a supervisory position in 1997, he awoke one morning with the idea for Mr. Lottery. He spent ten years developing the Mr. Lottery Rundown SystemÃ¢â‚¬â€a system he believes that will one day change the way lottery players pick their numbers for Cash 3 and Cash 4.
