Super Copper - Yoga Cat

Super Copper - Yoga Cat

by Dr. Ida Acuña-Garza

About The Book

Copper has realized that eating healthy—especially his favorite green—fresh spinach, makes him feel strong and happy. But being an indoor cat, he does not get enough exercise—even running from one end of the house to the other! So, one day, he saw mom perform her yoga exercises. There was something familiar about the exercises—they were like his own stretching moves! So, he decided to do the exercises alongside his human mom and began feeling better and more flexible. Copper challenges readers to try six different yoga stretches and suggests doing these at least three times a week to help stay flexible and relieve stress.
